A refined tribute to a beloved french classic reimagined in the Overose way.

Layers of golden, buttery pastry fold into the air: the scent of laminated dough rising and crisping in a warm oven, each sheet separated by soft butter, light and flaky.

At the heart, a velvety ribbon of rich hazelnut‑chocolate ganache melts gently between the folds, nutty, smooth, and deep, like fresh pâte feuilletée cradling dark ribbons of melted chocolate.

Beneath, a soft base of roasted cacao bean and a gentle whisper of Madagascan vanilla, warm and understated, leaving a trace as delicate and decadent as a pastry enjoyed in France.
