What’s your return policy?

We hope that you love your products as much as we do. If for any reason you wish to return your order, you have fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery to request a return.

All items must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. Products must be in re-sellable condition. If goods returned are not in a re-sellable condition, we cannot accept your return.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened items are not eligible for return or refund. We strongly recommend trying our Perfume Discovery Samples before purchasing a full-size bottle to ensure the fragrance is right for you.

How to return your product(s)?

To return a product, please send an email to customercare@overose.com and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so please keep the tracking info. Original shipping costs are not refundable as these are paid directly to the shipping carriers.

Once your return is received, please allow up to three business days for your refund to be processed. You will receive a return confirmation email once your refund has been processed; the amount will be posted to your bank account within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment for the amount of the item
