Returns
What’s your return policy?
If you wish to return your products, you have fourteen (14) days after the order has been delivered.
Please note that all items must be returned unopened and in their original packaging. If goods returned are not in a re-sellable condition, we cannot accept your return.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened items are not eligible for return or refund. We strongly recommend that customers try our fragrances through our Perfume Discovery Samples before purchasing full-size bottles to ensure they find the scents that best suit them.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photo proof of the damage. Once verified, we will be happy to offer you either a replacement or store credit for the product value.
Notice: We offer bundles to allow our customers to take advantage of bulk discounts and are therefore not able to offer any returns/exchanges on these specific items. Items purchased through promotions and on sales are not eligible for refunds.
How to return your product(s)?
To return a product, please send an email to customercare@overose.com and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so please keep the tracking info. Original shipping costs are not refundable as these are paid directly to the shipping carriers.
Once your return is received, please allow up to three business days for your refund to be processed. You will receive a return confirmation email once your refund has been processed; the amount will be posted to your bank account within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment for the amount of the item
