Delivery Zones

Overose offers free standard delivery within 2 to 3 working days on orders starting from 48£. For any order less than48£, the shipping fees are 5.95£.

All UK orders are dispatched within 24h ~ 48h from our UK based warehouse using Royal Mail or DPD. No additional duties or charges are applied.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number to track your order directly online.

Lost and Missing Parcels

Any lost or stolen packages is the responsibility of the shipping carrier and any complaints or claims should be directed directly to them. Overose is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries. Once a package is picked up and scanned, shipping and delivery is no longer within our control. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing packages, stolen packages, deliveries to be held for pickup, or for address change requests. Orders shipped to addresses associated with third-party freight forwarders, parcel forwarding services, or fulfillment providers are deemed fulfilled and delivered once confirmed by the carrier at the address provided by the customer. Overose assumes no liability for any loss, damage, delay, or non-delivery occurring after such confirmed delivery. The customer assumes full responsibility for any subsequent handling, forwarding, or return of the shipment by the third-party service.
